1. NO REFUNDS WITHOUT RETURN (STRICT POLICY)

Under no circumstances will we issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for any product unless the physical item is successfully returned to our designated facility, inspected, and approved.

  • No “Refund-Only” Requests: We do not offer financial compensation or refunds if you keep the item.
  • Proof of Shipping: Customers must provide a valid tracking number for the return package. Lost return shipments without tracking will not be eligible for a refund.

2. RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

3. THE RETURN PROCESS

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. However, the item must still be physically returned to us before a replacement or refund is authorized.

5. INSPECTION, APPROVAL, AND REFUNDS

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent.
