  • Express/Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • Tracking Number Activation: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
  • Tracking Live Status: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to become active and update on the carrier’s system. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s portal links provided in the email.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • International Customers: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the recipient is the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

6. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

  • Carrier Restrictions: While standard postal services can deliver to P.O. Boxes, private express carriers (such as FedEx or DHL) require a physical street address for delivery.
  • Address Check: If you provide a P.O. Box address, we will automatically default your carrier to standard mail, which may impact estimated delivery speeds.

7. WRONG ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Customer Verification: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at wildhey@carhaveninc.com. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, we cannot alter the delivery address.
  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return shipping costs incurred by us.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photographs and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, check with neighbors, building managers, or your local postal branch. Car Haven Inc. is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery.
